Is there a Kit to convert the XM to sirius (or just add Sirius)?
Yes. You can get it from here:

This kit is virtually plug and play with the exception of the antenna. You will need to use a external antenna (not the one on the roof) unless you Purchase an adapter:
There are commercially available adapters so that the roof-mounted OEM XM antenna can be used.
